Content and Upload Policy
Important Notice
This policy sets out strict rules for all uploads and content. By using the platform, you agree to comply with every requirement. If you do not agree, you must not upload or generate content.
1. General Upload Requirements
- You must only upload photos, videos, or media that you own fully or have explicit written permission to use.
- You represent and warrant that every person visible in your uploads has given clear, informed, and voluntary consent for the image to be uploaded, processed, altered, and transformed using AI technology.
- Biometric Consent Requirement: By uploading images containing human faces, you confirm that all individuals depicted have been informed that their facial features will be processed using artificial intelligence (biometric data processing) and have consented to such use.
- You must not upload content containing minors. This includes photos where the age is uncertain. If uncertain, do not upload.
- You must not upload images sourced from the internet, stock photography, social media, or private individuals without explicit permission.
- You accept full legal responsibility for all uploads and output created from them.
2. Strictly Prohibited Content
The following content is prohibited under all circumstances:
- Minors (anyone under 18 or appearing under 18)
- Nudity or sexual content
- Erotic or sexually suggestive imagery
- Violence, blood, injury, weapons, threats
- Criminal activity or illegal conduct
- Harassment, bullying, intimidation, abuse
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Political content or political figures
- Celebrities, public figures, influencers without permission
- Impersonation of any real person
- Deepfakes of real people without written authorization
- Non-consensual intimate images
- Copyright or trademark violations
- Any material prohibited under the Online Safety Act 2021
3. AI Output Restrictions
You must not use AI output to:
- Mislead, deceive, catfish, impersonate, or manipulate others
- Dating deception or catfishing
- Social engineering
- Harassment or threats
- Scams or fraud
- Identity theft
- False evidence
- Defamation or reputational harm
Disclosure Requirement
When sharing content publicly or semi-publicly, disclose that it is AI-generated if omission would be deceptive or harmful.
4. Commercial Use Restrictions
AI output is for personal use only.
Commercial use is prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing.
Examples of prohibited commercial use include:
- Sponsorships or ads
- Business promotion
- Influencer content
- Selling or licensing AI output
- Monetized content
- Corporate materials
5. Enforcement
We may take the following actions at our discretion:

- Remove or block content
- Disable features
- Restrict visibility
Account Actions
- Warnings
- Suspensions
- Permanent bans
- Feature restrictions
Legal Actions
- Reporting to authorities
- Cooperation with regulators
- Taking legal action
Actions may occur without notice or refund.
